Yes. Baby products use safe materials that meet formaldehyde standards, and formalin tests by a third-party organization have also been conducted.
We pay close attention to everything from material selection to sewing to ensure the safety of delicate baby skin.
While we strive to photograph products as close to their actual color as possible, the actual color may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or smartphone settings. We appreciate your understanding.
Kids and baby clothing are made by Japanese workers in Japanese sewing factories.
The country of origin for dog products may vary by product. Please check the product details page for the country of origin for each item. We plan and inspect products in Japan to ensure thorough quality control.

Cancellations and changes to confirmed orders are possible if they are made before shipping preparations begin.
An automatic confirmation email is sent after your order is placed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or verify that your email address was entered correctly.

Yes, we can issue a receipt.
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. For customer convenience, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. For our convenience (initial defects or incorrect delivery), please contact us within 14 days. In all cases, products must be unused and unwashed.
Please note that trying on an item for size confirmation (briefly wearing indoors without removing tags) is not considered "use."
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products for which contact was made after the designated period.
・Washed or worn products (excluding brief indoor try-ons).
・Products that have been scratched, stained, damaged, or have absorbed odors due to the customer.
・Products for which product tags, accessories, or packaging have been lost or damaged.
・Sale items, made-to-order items, or products stated as "non-returnable" on the product page.
Within the designated period, please contact us via the inquiry form, stating your order number, purchaser's name, and reason for return or exchange.
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address and procedure within 3 business days.
※ Please note that products returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
For returns due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (prepaid).
For returns due to our convenience (initial defects or incorrect delivery), we will bear the return shipping costs (cash on delivery).
After we inspect and confirm the returned product, we will process the refund within 10 business days. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed through the credit card company. For other payment methods, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.
If the return is due to customer convenience, the original shipping fee is not refundable. If it is due to our convenience, the shipping fee will be included in the refund.

For returns and exchanges of products purchased as gifts, please have the original purchaser contact us.
Please understand that we cannot accept requests directly from the recipient.
Please care for each product according to the washing instructions attached. Generally, we recommend washing in a net on a delicate cycle.
To prevent fading and loss of shape, it is also recommended to wash inside out.
For fabric parts, hand wash with a diluted neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly, and then air dry in the shade.
For metal parts, wipe off moisture to prevent rust, which will help them last longer.
We do not recommend machine washing as it may cause loss of shape.
Yes, we offer gift boxes. Please select the gift box option when placing your order.
Feel free to use them for baby showers or birthday presents.
We do not currently have a permanent physical store, but we sometimes participate in markets and events.

You can purchase as a guest without registering for membership.
Registering as a member allows you to conveniently shop, including checking your order history and saving delivery addresses.
