Babies’ and young children’s skin can be delicate, and reactions to materials may vary from person to person. If redness, irritation, itching, or any other skin abnormalities occur, discontinue use immediately.

For customers purchasing dog items

Before each walk, please make sure that the buckle and leash attachment points are securely fastened. If the harness is too loose or the size is not suitable, your dog may slip out during walks, which could lead to unexpected accidents. Please check the size chart carefully before purchase and choose the size that best fits your dog’s body shape. If the size does not fit properly, please do not force the product to be used.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1-3 days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

Standard shipping fee is 550 yen. Orders of 9,800 yen or more qualify for free shipping.

Returns due to customer convenience are only accepted for unused, tagged items, and only if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival. (Trying on items indoors without removing tags is not considered "used.") For initial defects or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 14 days of product arrival.
